The influence of internal and external factors on the machining accuracy of part

The precision of parts processing is the core and decisive part of the machining quality of the mechanical parts. It mainly refers to the degree of agreement between the geometric parameters (dimensions, shapes, relative positions and other parameters) of the parts after the completion of the machining and the geometric parameters of the design. The higher the degree of anastomosis between the two, the higher the machining precision of the parts. The influence of machining process on the machining accuracy of parts is mainly divided into external factors and internal factors.

 

Influence of external factors on machining precision of parts

 

(1) thermal deformation: in the process of parts processing, preheat treatment is the first step to be carried out. In the process of heat treatment, the operator usually can only prepare for the operation in advance, such as the correct fixture and so on. In the heating setting process, the operator can not carry out the subsequent improvement and adjustment due to the high temperature. Therefore, the operator is difficult to control in the heat treatment link. The quality of mechanical processing leads to the hot deformation of the parts in the setting, and even the deformation of the tool and machine tool. These deformation will seriously affect the precision of the parts processing.

 

(2) geometric deformation: in the process of parts processing, operators usually need to use machine tools, fixtures, workpieces and other parts to process. If the operation error occurs in the parts processing, if the operator fails to adjust the position of the machine tool and the angle of the fixture in time, then the parts will have geometric deformation, which can not guarantee the quality of the parts.

 

(3) force deformation: the parts are easily subjected to multi direction forces during the process of machining. For example, in the cutting process, the parts will be affected by the forces of cutting force, gravity, pressure and so on. If there is no good control and balance force, the deformation of the parts will occur, which leads to the shape, size, relative position and the pre setting of the parts.  The accuracy of parts is seriously affected. The function and performance of parts can't meet the requirements and produce unqualified parts.

 

The influence of internal factors on the machining precision of parts

 

The inherent factor of the machining process refers to the problems existing in the system itself which will affect the machining precision of the parts. It mainly includes several aspects: (1) the machinery processing system of the procurement has not been strictly tested and tested by the quality, so that it is out of the factory, but it itself is in the error of precision. These errors will spread and accumulate, resulting in the accuracy error of the parts processing. . (2) the installation of the mechanical processing system in the procurement is not strictly installed according to the standard, and the position offset in the process of installation will also lead to the problem of precision in the parts processing.  (3) the use of mechanical processing system over the life cycle, or wear, failure, failure parts fail to get maintenance and replacement in time, these problems will also bring about the problem of machining precision of parts.
